Who said momos can only be savoury? Try these HERSHEY'S mixed fruit choco-momos with a chocolatey twist.
In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, sugar and water and form a semi-soft dough.
In a non-stick pan, add candied fruits, mixed fruits, grated ginger and HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavored SYRUP and cook until soft.
Allow the mixture to cool. Until then, make small balls of the dough.
Roll the dough, add filling and shape it into a momo.
Steam it for 7-10 minutes in a steamer and serve.
