Preheat the oven at 180 C.

Add whole wheat flour (maida) in a bowl. Add butter and rub the butter and flour together.

Add HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavored SYRUP and HERSHEY'S COCOA Natural Unsweetened  and knead the dough but not too much; just enough to get the dough together.

Dust your work table with flour and roll out the dough, up to 2 cms thick.

Line your tart molds with the dough and prick it with a fork, to avoid them from puffing up.

Bake at 180 C for 15 - 20 minutes.

Take out of the oven, let it cool and then demold.

Cream the butter till smooth.

Add cornstarch and mix well to avoid lumps.

Add HERSHEY'S Strawberry Flavored SYRUP and lemon juice and whisk well.

Zest a lemon into the batter and add one egg yolk and whisk well to avoid splitting the batter.

Cook this mixture in a saucepan on a very slow flame for 15 mins and stir to avoid curdling.

Cook the mixture just before you reach the boiling stage and remove from the flame.

Strain the mixture and let it cool.

Pour the lemon curd into the tart and let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Tip: Garnish with sliced strawberries and a mint twig.
