  • 120 grams
    refined flour
  • 60 grams
    rice flour
  • For the layering
  • 50 grams
    whipped cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons
    cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon
    HERSHEY'S SYRUP Delicious Strawberry Flavor

Cream the butter and HERSHEY'S SYRUP Delicious Strawberry Flavor till soft.

Mix the flour, rice flour, together and add it to the butter mixture.

Combine to form a dough and let it chill for 30 minutes.

Roll out the shortbread and cut with a cookie cutter. Prick them with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 5-8 minutes, until they get a light golden color.

For the layering -  Mix whipped cream and cream cheese.

Add the HERSHEY'S SYRUP Delicious Strawberry Flavor.

Pour it in a piping bag and pipe on the cooled shortbread. 

Tip:

Garnish with icing sugar and serve at room temperature!
