Add HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavored SYRUP and water to a pan on medium-low flame and let it come to a boil.
Now, add the oats and cook it till the consistency looks like dough.
Now, add HERSHEY'S COCOA Natural Unsweetened, chopped dates and cashews and mix well.
Take a tray, grease it with butter and sprinkle some HERSHEY'S COCOA Natural Unsweetened on the bottom. This will help the brownies come out easily later. Also scatter the sunflower seeds on the bottom.
Spread the oats and chocolate mixture and let it set in the refrigerator for an hour.
Take out the brownie bar and cut it into pieces of your choice.
Pour chocolate syrup on the top and serve.
