Ingredients

 
 
  • 1 small apple, diced (approx. 1 cup)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)

How to Prepare

 

  1. In a small saucepan, add the brown sugar, followed by the diced apples and stir. Let cook for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add the cinnamon, and optional nutmeg. Stir together and cook for about a minute.

  3. Add in the oats, followed by the SOFIT Soya Drink Vanilla Flavor.

  4. Adjust the consistency. Stir together and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. 

  5. Ladle out into a bowl, sprinkle on some more cinnamon and top with nuts of your choice. Serve immediately.
