Wash the guava, peel and chop it into small pieces and keep aside.
In a pan, add oil and quickly sauté the ginger & onions.
Next, add the guava pieces and simmer over a medium flame till it’s soft.
Add the cumin powder, chili powder and water.
Pour HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored SYRUP and brown vinegar into the mix.
Cook until it reduces to a thick sauce.
Add lemon juice, black salt and salt for taste.
